Kodai trip

All of a sudden we decided to make a small vacation and chose the place as Kodai, our favorite destination. After deciding the trip to kodai, hubby wanted to do it at the same weekend. So we both decided to take off on friday. Tickets were booked on takal. As SIL's family decided to join us from trichy, we booked trains till trichy and opted to travel in car to kodai from trichy.

Climate in kodai is soooo chill and we had a fun filled weekend. Hannu had a great time watching monkey's on the ghat road. The hotel we checked in also had parrots and fish tank. Hannu was so delighted to see them. When we went around the lake, to our surprise hannu recognized boat and insisted on going for a boating. He also went for horse riding with his papa. I was lil bit scared to let him for a horse ride but as hubby sat on the horse hannu too wanted to. So I let him and was waiting anxiously till they were back. Gardens his favorite. As usual he made us run after him.
Today back to routine after having a gala time with family.

Hannu - Krishna of modern times

Last saturday we had hannu's birthday party at home. This time we invited only close friends, as my mil had insisted. Hannu was eagerly looking forward for the bash. This year he had cake of his choice. We took hannu with us to cake shop. When asked which cake he would like for his D day, he went for spiderman, dora, puppy and train and at last settled for dora. :)
Party went off well. Hannu was in best of his moods and allowed guests to pick him up and pose for the photo :)
After guests moved, I cut the remaining cake and refrigerated them. But forgot to lock the fridge. After sometime myself and mil were busy in some other work and all of a sudden there was unusual silence at home. Hannu was no where within our eye reach. We called him but no response. Tensed I started looking out for him. The dining room light was off but I was some light there. There was Hannu. He had silently opened the fridge and eating the creaammmmmmm...When I went near him, he looked me with a tweaky smile..Hannu my modern day krishna!
